History

Property Living was founded by Paul Connaghan who has over 20 years experience in the property industry.

Paul qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2009. 

From working in both the Public and Private sectors to managing a mixed property portfolio worth in excess of £100m within a large Property Investment Company, Paul has developed a wide wealth of experience and knowledge.

His expertise of Professional work including dealing with complex Rent Reviews/Lease Renewals, Agency, Leasing/Sale/Acquisition and Asset Management, works closely on building and development projects to realise significant added value.
